Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with a high degree of accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards.
- Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and cycle counting.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding workflow and inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
