Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily targets.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Conduct daily inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak seasons.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work full-time shifts on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
