Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and package merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular inventory counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Shift Support: Support weekend and evening shifts to meet operational demands.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and a positive attitude.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
