Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Reliability: Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- License: Valid driver’s license preferred.
