Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trailers and trucks, ensuring proper documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus (training provided for the right candidate).
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team.
