Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using scanning technology.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
- Load and unload trucks in compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts and night shifts as required.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
