Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately to maintain inventory levels.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using proper safety protocols and packaging materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management processes.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts (2nd and 3rd shift options available).
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
