Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect products for damages and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Organize the warehouse floor to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
- Report inventory discrepancies and suggest process improvements.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) as required.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
