Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently during shift hours.
- Sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment with attention to detail.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago facility.
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
