Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from delivery trucks and trailers.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and efficient.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
