Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, organize, and stock merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to process orders accurately.
- Load and unload trailers and freight trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) as required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
