Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and sort products to ensure order fulfillment.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a neat and organized warehouse floor to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Data Entry: Log inventory movements and scan barcodes using handheld devices.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition during shift changes.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with consistent shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate with team members.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
