Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts to ensure timely distribution.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Scissor Lift) in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Customer Service: Interact with team members and supervisors professionally to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating shift schedule.
- Skills: Basic math skills, ability to read labels, and strong attention to detail.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland facility.
