Job Overview
We are currently hiring for our weekend operations team. This role is essential to our supply chain, ensuring products are processed, packaged, and shipped efficiently. We value hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick items for orders and package them securely for shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure all products meet our quality standards before leaving the facility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day-shift team to ensure a smooth transition and continuous workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday to Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
