Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Prepare Orders: Efficiently select and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate digital inventory records.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets strict quality standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly and quickly.
