Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory with high precision.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills required for scanning, counting, and inventory management.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory for all shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including early mornings and nights on weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
