Responsibilities
- Stocking & Inventory: Efficiently receive, sort, and stock merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in data entry and stocking.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to learn.
