Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all items are picked, packed, and shipped according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move stock within the facility.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by organizing shelves and aisles.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance in previous employment.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure order accuracy and safety compliance.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
