Responsibilities
- Pack and Label: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and organizing inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure they meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and potentially some weekdays for training.
- No Experience Needed: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to attendance.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic counting and simple arithmetic.
