Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of warehouse equipment and work areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend crew to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to operate machinery.
- Schedule: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: Basic literacy and numeracy skills required for order accuracy.
