Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming shipments to verify accuracy against purchase orders.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations efficiently.
- Prepare and package items for shipment using appropriate packing materials and machinery.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using barcode scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
