As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly during peak hours. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise and materials accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
