Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to safely load and unload shipments.
- Organize and stock inventory in accordance with company safety and quality standards.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times to prevent accidents.
- Process shipping and receiving documents accurately using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
