Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions and handle returns.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean and clutter-free sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs to be replenished.
- Collaborate with team members to execute sales promotions and maintain store standards during peak weekend traffic.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate boxes.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a desire to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
