Responsibilities
- Execute daily restocking and merchandising tasks to ensure product availability and visual standards.
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and checkout processes.
- Organize stockrooms and back-of-house areas to maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and adhere to all point-of-sale protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or damages to the shift manager promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all shoppers and staff.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS terminals.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
