Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store displays to ensure a neat shopping environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card payments with strict adherence to company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in basic stock counts and receiving duties.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
