Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and displays to ensure the store is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently to process transactions and handle returns.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low or products need replenishing.
- Maintain a tidy sales floor, including restocking restrooms and break areas to meet hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
