Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely handle packages and freight onto and off of delivery trucks using dollies and pallet jacks.
- Sort and Organize: Efficiently sort items by zip code and category to ensure timely processing.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse machinery with guidance.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly assistance to visitors and team members within the facility.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and reliability over prior history.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, including holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions.
