What You Will Do:
As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers have an excellent shopping experience. You will work closely with a dynamic team to maintain store standards and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining attractive product displays.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure the register is balanced at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience is NOT required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate boxes (up to 25 lbs).
