Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock with high accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for delivery using standard packing materials and machinery.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (training provided).
- Quality Control: Ensure all outgoing orders meet our quality standards before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
