Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Load and unload freight trucks using hand trucks and pallet jacks with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Ensure the immediate work area is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges during peak hours.
- Operate standard warehouse machinery (training provided for certified candidates).
- Monitor quality control standards to prevent shipping errors.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 8-hour shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
