Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and displays accurately to maintain high product availability.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle transactions.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and basic stock management tasks.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior work experience required; we train our own.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
