Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, stocking, and display preparation for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and manage stock rotation.
- Adhere to all company safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail, warehousing, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
