Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and display merchandise to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card payments with strict adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
