Responsibilities
- Greet Customers: Welcome shoppers with a friendly demeanor and provide exceptional product recommendations and assistance.
- Process Sales: Accurately handle transactions at the point of sale, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Merchandising: Maintain store displays, restock shelves, and organize merchandise to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and reporting discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Dependable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technology: Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems.
