Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor in our Jacksonville, FL and Virginia locations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle returns.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store is always ready for the weekend rush.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
