Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Answer product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations to drive sales.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a recurring schedule.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is recommended for this role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
