Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to process inventory.
- Stock & Organize: Receive, stock, and organize merchandise to ensure the sales floor and warehouse are pristine and well-stocked.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items, and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash and credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain Standards: Perform regular cleaning, sanitation, and safety checks to adhere to company and OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with floor managers and team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and time management.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, logistics, or warehousing is preferred but not mandatory.
