Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with precision and speed.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required by workflow demands.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
