Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless transition and continuity of operations.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and perform minor maintenance as needed.
- Assist in training new weekend staff members on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
