Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing stock areas efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damages and ensure all items meet our high standards before shipping.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be dependable and committed to showing up on time for the assigned weekend shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counts and labeling.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED preferred.
