Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity metrics
- Collaborate with team members for seamless customer experiences
- Participate in weekend hiring events as brand ambassador
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Ability to work Saturdays/Sundays 8am-6pm
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Clear verbal communication in English
- Positive attitude under pressure
