Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with exceptional professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and billing concerns using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores, handle time, and first-call resolution
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Collaborate with specialists on complex cases and escalate when needed
- Participate in quarterly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Support weekend team initiatives and community outreach programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience (call center background ideal)
- Type 45+ WPM with 95% accuracy and multi-tasking proficiency
- Strong conflict resolution and active listening skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6am-11pm slots)
- Basic CRM knowledge (Salesforce/Zendesk training provided)
- U.S. work authorization and clear background check
