Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining quality standards
- Meet/exceed productivity metrics (25+ calls/hour, 90% CSAT)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions on product updates
- Support peak demand periods during weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience in call center environment
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced weekend shifts
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend schedules (Fri-Sun)
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
