Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for New Orleans-based clients with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, services, and account management
- Maintain detailed and accurate call documentation in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (call volume, resolution rates, CSAT)
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing product training and process improvements
- Adhere to all security protocols for customer data protection
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with strong computer literacy
- Quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Resilience under pressure with a positive attitude
