Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound customer calls per day with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and account inquiries using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed records
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT) while maintaining call standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues
- Participate in weekend training sessions and performance reviews
- Adhere to PCI compliance protocols when handling sensitive information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with basic computer proficiency
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts: 8am-8pm)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid government-issued ID for background verification
