Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service disruptions efficiently
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and call resolution rates
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and security guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year call center or customer service experience required
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with clear articulation

- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup

- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (8-12 hours/week)
