Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for major healthcare clients
- Resolve billing inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (AHT, CSAT)
- Collaborate with team leads on process improvements
- Participate in quarterly skill-building workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong typing (40 WPM) and computer literacy
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Clear communication in English/Spanish a plus
