Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend night shifts (Friday-Sunday, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor and maintain facility security protocols throughout overnight operations
- Process transactions and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational continuity
- Document daily activities and submit comprehensive shift reports
- Adhere to all safety regulations and emergency procedures
- Train new team members on night shift protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights)
- Previous customer service or night shift experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid Washington state driver's license (if required for role-specific duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
