Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently using established scripts and protocols.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions into the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management personnel when necessary.
- Cross-sell products and services to existing customers to meet departmental targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during peak call times and high-stress situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible shift hours.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customer situations.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely (on-site options available).
